To request an information technology service, locate the service in the Service Catalog and follow the instructions provided. Many services available through self-service can be requested and accessed without opening a service request ticket.
If the service is not found in the Service Catalog, or you have a question not covered in the How-to Guides, submit a service request ticket, and it will be routed to the IT Service Provider for that service. Service request tickets are responded to during normal business hours.
